The spring-less design maintains rigidity by a vertical stabilizing bracket with an innovative tilt-adjust feature - Simply tilt the sign, and then adjust to desire angle for proper horizontal visibility. Tilt-Adjust™ features handle to loosen vertical stem, adjust tilt up to 20 degrees in any direction, and then tighten in place
